Store Policies

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, but will do repairs if an item breaks, depending on the type of malfunction, for a small repair fee and shipping fee.  Please contact us if you have any concerns with your product.
 

Shipping fees are included in the price.  Each purchase comes with a tracking number and $50 insurance.  If you wish to have higher insurance coverage, please contact us to let us know.  Rockcycled will not be held responsible for lost packages once entered into the postal system.
 

We take great care to package items safely.  The likelihood of an item becoming damaged during shipping is quite low.  However, if an item does incur damage during the shipping process, send photos of the damaged product and compromised packaging, immediately upon receipt of the package.
 

Will ship to any location, within and outside of the U.S., but the cost of shipping will vary depending on location.
 

Purchased items are shipped within 3-5 business days.  If there is a unforeseen circumstance that prevents purchase from being shipped within this time frame (such as emergency, severe weather conditions), we will contact you to let you know when the item will be shipped.
 

It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to cover all taxes and fees applicable in their own country’s jurisdiction.
